UK Shipping
We always endeavour to offer a competivite shipping rate for your items, which guarantee a high speed delivery, with assurance against loss or damage. We do not profit from our postage charges, in most cases they are subsidised against the actual costs.
We do not offer free postage as there is not such thing as a free lunch. Some of our competitors may, but to be honest, the costs are built into the higher price you'll pay for the items. We prefer clarity so you know exactly what you are paying for, and we are determined to offer the best competivite pricing we can.

* We may on occasion opt to use a UK based courier service such as DHL, Citylink for larger or heavy weight parcels. This is to ensure we keep your shipping costs competitive. On these occasions, there may be a days delay in shipping as most couriers will collect the day after booking. If you do Not wish us to use this option, please let us know by expressing your wish within the comments field at time of order. thankyou
UK small items (total order not exceeding £32.00). These will be sent using Royal Mail recorded delivery. If you require an expediated service please select UK next business day option. If you select this option and your order value is over £32.00, then your parcel will be sent using the next business day option and you will be required to pay the additional shipping charge. This is to ensure that your parcel will remain fully insured and trackable in event the parcel is mislaid or lost by our courier.

* This is an airmail service, which requires a signature by recipient, however, this is not a step by step tracked service. We can provide the parcel tracking number on request, but will only be able to advise further updates if an attempted delivery has been made, or that the parcel has been signed for.

** Please note that all parcels require a signature. Please feel free to enter a different delivery address in the shipping section at checkout, if you are not going to be at home.That way you can be sure that you can sign for your parcel, if your shipping address is located in a different country from your billing address, please ensure that the shipping address is also a registered address with your card issuer as our merchant service company will check validity to combat card fraud.

If your shipping destination is not listed here we still may be able to deliver to you. We may, however, require you to use our tracked courier service for shipping.
Please do not be offended, it's just that if the local postal service is not proven to offer a traceable service or may be slightly less reliable than we anticipate, then a guaranteed courier service will help ensure your purchase arrives safely and securely, which is better for both parties. We have often found that a courier service can also be less expensive for a larger quantity of items than the local post.
