VAT POLICY
Our prices displayed are non inclusive of VAT at 20%. The VAT OF 20% will be added on at the check-out for our UK & EU Customers.
For orders to Non-EU Countries (i.e. USA, Switzerland, Canada, Australia) there will be no VAT charge.
We ship WORLDWIDE including the following countries, we like to think the world is our oyster and embrace all countries wherever practically possible. If your country is not on this list please email us for delivery price.

Should you change your place of residence, we would kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible. All necessary personal details will be recorded by us at the time of your order and we assure you that they will be handled confidentially.
Payment by Credit /Debit Card
We would ask you to give us your credit-card number, ccv number (on the reverse side of your credit card), the issuing credit institute, expiry date and your date of birth. The debit demand will be made to your credit-card issuer as soon as the goods have left our premises. For returned goods the corresponding value will be transferred back to your credit-card issuer or for example Paypal Account. A cheque will be issued if this was the orginal payment method.
OUR RETURNS POLICY.
We are able to accept any item purchased from the website back for exchange or refund, so long as we receive the returned items within 14 calendar days from your receipt of item. We would recomment that returns are sent via an insured and signed for carrier. We must be notified by email of the carriage tracking number. The garments must have all labels intact, be unworn and undamaged. All items are returned at your own risk and cost.
Please complete the returns form sent within your original delivery and place in the return package, failure to do so may prolong the completion of the return process. Credit will be issued upon receipt and after routine checks have taken place on returned items. A refund will generally take place within 7 calender days of return, once the item is confirmed as in returnable condition subject to our terms and conditions.
Garments which have been exposed to smoke, perfume or make-up, are missing labels or are incomplete or worn in any way will not be refunded and the item returned to you at your cost.
International returns (e.g. from USA, Australia and Canada)
In addition to the above returns from outside the European Economic Community (EEC) must specify on the customs shipping declaration :
'Goods the property of the recipient originating in EEC returned for credit.'
On receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required.
