Coronavirus: Changes to service
We are shipping orders Monday to Friday securely and safely. Some of our postal carriers are experiencing delays to certain Worldwide destinations, which may impact on estimated delivery times. We thank you for your patience.
In order to protect both delivery staff and customers as much as possible, postal carriers are minimising contact during delivery. They will not be handing over hand-held devices to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item. Additionally, for all customers where they need to deliver any item that won’t fit through your letterbox, they will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.
Enjoy same day dispatch on all orders placed by 13:00 GMT Monday to Friday.
If you need to return an item after receiving your delivery, please refer to our RETURNS GUIDE which offers detailed information for both UK and Worldwide return procedures.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Paypal is also accepted at the checkout.
We can also accept direct payment by bacs transfer, please contact our office directly for further details: +44 (0)1628 663950
