Signing for and receiving items
In order to protect both delivery staff and customers as much as possible, postal carriers are minimising contact during delivery. They will not be handing over hand-held devices to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item. Additionally, for all customers where they need to deliver any item that won’t fit through your letterbox, they will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.
For International orders we use a combination of carriers including Royal Mail or Fedex. Royal Mail Worldwide international deliveries will generally take between 7-14 working days on average but can take up to 25 working days for final delivery. We do offer a quicker Express service using a Worldwide courier (DPD) who can delivery between 3-11 working days depending on destination country. FEDEX customers can also choose from two Fedex services which offer shipping as quickly as 1-3 days. Fedex Priority shipping - orders must be received by 12:00pm GMT for same day dispatch.

Security and Liability:
Our couriers ensure that your goods are correctly signed for and delivered to the address supplied at time of order. i dare to be does not accept any liability for subsequent delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you provide instruction requesting the parcel be left at a different location we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel. Your parcel is insured against loss or damage whilst in transit under the care of our couriers. Once the parcel is signed for then the responsibility of the parcel and it's contents fall to the recipient that signed. Please ensure your contact detail are completed accurately so we can contact you if necessary.
For International shipping, carrier times will vary from country to country. We do ask that you allow up the 25 working days from day of dispatch for final delivery of your item. You will receive a tracking number at time of dispatch which can be used to trace the parcel once the delivery process has started.
