Great customer service

I needed help with an order already placed, because I ordered an incorrect size. Once I figured that out, I emailed to request help with the situation. I received a very quick response indicating that they had changed the size in the order prior to shipping it.That was my preferred outcome. Understanding there are limits in such situations, I was willing to cancel and try to reorder, cancel and take store credit. A myriad of other options - hoping to catch it before it shipped to me overseas (making it very difficult to return.)Anyways, super customer support, with a very kind tone. So very much appreciated!
