What is our return policy?

While we hope that you will enjoy every purchase with idaretobe, if you are not completely satisfied with your item/s we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange.

You are entitled to a refund or an exchange 
within 14 days of receipt if you return your item in perfect saleable condition, unworn with all original labels and tags attached and the product can be resold at full price.

Please contact us at info@idaretobe.com to advise us of your return item, so we are aware that you are returning an order and avoid any delays in processing your request.

Which products can't be returned?

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Products or packaging in poor condition
  • Where a product has been personalised for you, or made to your specific measurements
  • We cannot refund or exchange pierced jewellery, e.g. earrings due to hygiene reasons.


UNITED KINGDOM

Create your returns label at home for £3.99

1) Create your label: idaretobe-returns-label

2) Fill out your details and provide Royal Mail with your email address.

3) You will receive an email with two options. Download and print your own label at home, or have it printed for you at your local Post Office, where they’ll scan the QR code in your email straight from your phone. If you’ll be printing your own label, securely affix it to your parcel and ensure that any other delivery labels are removed from the packaging.

4) Take your parcel to your local Post Office.


Please complete the enclosed return form and place securely inside your return parcel. Ensure all goods returned to us are in perfect saleable condition, unworn with all original labels and tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original branded boxes supplied and must arrive to us undamaged, please pack carefully inside a suitable transit container. Do not use labels, sticker or return labels directly on the branded box.

end the return items to our specified return address below. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. If you choose to return any products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. We do recommend using a tracked service and retaining a proof of postage for your records.

When will i receive my refund?
We aim to process all refunds within 1-2 days of receipt of item, subject to meeting our terms and conditions. We will refund the value of the item you paid via the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for credit and debit card refund to appear in your account.


Your Right To Cancel
If you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel (under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83 as implemented in the applicable EU member state ("CRD")), all or part of your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods or services you ordered, or any time up to 30 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods or services you ordered for faulty or damaged items. Any paid delivery charge will be included in your refund once we have received all (not part) of your order to the specified address below. Please note the delivery charge refund will be to the value of standard delivery. Artistry Limited will process your refund with 14 days of receipt of the products, to the specified address. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and they must be returned to us before we can issue your refund. We will issue a refund for the value of the item/s paid plus any standard delivery charge. If you have paid for a premium UK delivery service to receive the item/s more quickly then normal, we will only refund to the value you would have been charged if you had opted for our least expensive type of standard UK delivery available to you at the time of purchase.


EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL

You are entitled to a refund or an exchange if you post your item back in perfect and resalable condition with all labels and tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Your return does not have to reach us within this time, however, your item/s must be dispatched within 14 days of receipt. You may post your return on an economy service but please ensure that you keep any tracking numbers for future reference. Please complete the enclosed return form and place securely inside your return parcel.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Damage during the course of returning products: If you choose to return any products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.

Returning Orders from Outside of the UK
The following process is essential if you are returning an order from a country outside of the United Kingdom (UK)

Your parcel must be packaged with a clear declaration on the outside of the parcel stating " GOODS RETURNED FOR CREDIT ORIGINATING FROM WITHIN THE UK". you must also ensure the "returns" box is ticked on the attached declaration and that an original invoice along with your return form are included inside your return parcel.

Any failure to do this may result in import duties and vat being applied to your parcel by UK inbound customs and excise. If this occurs then we reserve the right to deduct this value from the amount of any refund which may be due.

Important: Due to the Tax and Duty charging process of some carriers, any parcel returned to us from outside of the EEC via an international courier service (FedEx, DHL, UPS, DPD etc), will incur a waiting period of 30 days from date of delivery to us before any refund due can be actioned. This is to ensure that return parcels have fully cleared UK import and no further costs are applicable. This does not apply to parcels sent via standard Airmail through your countries registered postal service as clearance is completed before the parcel is delivered to our return address.
