Security and Liability:
Our couriers ensure that your goods are correctly signed for and delivered to the address supplied at time of order. idaretobe does not accept any liability for subsequent delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you provide instruction requesting the parcel be left at a different location we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel. Your parcel is insured against loss or damage whilst in transit under the care of our couriers. Once the parcel is signed for then the responsibility of the parcel and it's contents fall to the recipient that signed. Please ensure your contact detail are completed accurately so we can contact you if necessary.
